A+ Architecture

This lobby design explores the intersection between art, architecture, and material expression, creating a strong and immersive arrival experience.
The space is conceived as a sculptural environment, where a bespoke timber installation defines the identity of the project. Composed of vertically repeated organic elements, the feature wall and ceiling structure generates a fluid and dynamic rhythm, guiding the visitor through the space while framing key perspectives.
The design strategy is based on a modular system, allowing complex geometries to be rationalized into manufacturable components. Each timber piece is CNC-cut from plywood sheets, optimizing material usage while maintaining a high level of precision. The elements are finished in black on both faces, while the exposed edges reveal the natural layers of the plywood, adding depth, texture, and a subtle graphic contrast.

A large-scale mural introduces a vibrant artistic layer, bringing color, energy, and a sense of place into the lobby. This is complemented by curated planting, adding a biophilic dimension and softening the overall composition.
The modular technical drawings rationalize complex organic geometries into a coherent fabrication system.
Each component is carefully arranged to minimize waste and streamline the assembly process.
